Hitler Declares Gestapo No Longer Subject to the Law

Adolf Hitler decrees that the Gestapo is no longer subject to the law themselves. They have complete independence from the courts and judicial system and have exclusive authority to make arrests and launch investigations in matters relating to the state.

According to the order, issued by Hermann Goering, "Orders in matters of the Secret State Police are not subject to the review of the administrative courts."
