Adolf Hitler formally re-launches the Nazi Party. The Nazi Party had been banned following Hitler's failed Beer Hall Putsch, though members continued political operations under the name "German Party" (Deutsche Partei or DP) during 1924 and 1925.

As part of restoring the Nazi Party's legal status, Adolf Hitler makes it less paramilitary and promises that he has no intention of using the Nazi Party to take control of the German government by force. Instead, he starts moving forward with his plans to seize power using legal mechanisms already in place under the Weimar Constitution.
