The U.S. government auctions off the personal belongings of Madalyn Murray-O'Hair to pay off back taxes and creditors. O'Hair, her granddaughter Robin Murray-O'Hair, and her son Jon Garth Murray disappeared in September, 1995, and haven't been seen since. Authorities don't yet know that they've been murdered, dismembered, and buried.

Jimmy Nassour, a lawyer from Austin, Texas, bids $2,000 for a Bible which O'Hair received in 1968 as a gift from students at Winnitka Heights Baptist Church in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He tells reporters:

"I also bought one of her briefcases, but this is what I came for, I just think it's a museum piece and that's where it belongs."
