Secretary of State Josef Bühler in the General Government of Nazi-occupied Poland issues a report about the removal of Poles and Jews from the areas of Poland annexed by Germany. According to Bühler, there are two trains with about 1,000 people each arriving every day. Jews are separated from the Poles to be given "special treatment."

Bühler will attend the infamous Wannsee Conference in one year as the personal representative of Hans Frank, Governor-General of Nazi-occupied Poland. Under Frank's direction, Bühler will pressure the other attendees to find a solution to the Jewish Problem in the General Government as soon as possible.
