Hitler Orders Himmler to Use Any Means Needed to Keep Domestic Order in Germany Hot

In light of the many mutual declarations of war that have been exchanged on this day, Adolf Hitler instructs Reich Leader SS Heinrich Himmler to use any and all possible means to maintain domestic order in Germany.

Reinhard Heydrich will be given authority to punish anyone who tries to undermine "German unity and the will to fight." As head of the security police, Heydrich is to be informed of all such incidents immediately. All dissidents must be "brutally liquidated" by "ruthless action" without any consideration for the individual.

Local, district, and state police have been instructed to send along all relevant cases directly to the national authorities in order to avoid any potential delays.
