Reinhard Heydrich orders the arrest of all male Jews living in Germany who have Polish ancestry or who are Polish citizens.

This is made possible by the detailed census recently taken because the IBM Hollerith machines allow the Nazi officials to quickly and efficiently create lists of every male who is Jewish and who has family connections to Poland in any way.

Without these IBM machines, the creation of such lists would be difficult and time-consuming at best, and perhaps even impossible.
