Until this point in time, the Reich Ministry of Justice under Franz Schlegelberger has only maintained records of crimes committed by Glaubensjuden, or adherents of Judaism.

As of October 1, however, this is to be replaced by records of Rassenjuden, or anyone who is Jewish according to Nazi racial definition.
