Oslo Accords: Generally known as "Oslo 2," the "Interim Agreement on the West Bank and the Gaza Strip" is signed by PLO Chairman Yasser Arafat and Israeli Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin.

This gives Palestinians self-rule in Bethlehem, Hebron, Jenin, Nablus, Qalqilya, Ramallah, Tulkarm, and other 450 villages in the West Bank.
